Job Description: - 4 to 11yrs

Role – 1        Test Manager – SAP

1. Over 7 years of experience
2. Test management experience in handling medium sized projects.
3. Good expertise in Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Metrics, testing methodologies, test management/defect tracking tools
4. Functional expertise in two or more modules of SAP (FICO, SD, MM, PS, PM, PP, CRM, SCM, SRM, HR)
5. Experience working with offshore/onsite model & demonstrated ability to work in a global environment
6. Good people management skills
7. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines is expected
8. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and interacting with multiple teams involving Client and other vendor teams.
9. Experience in managing Functional, Integration and User Acceptance Testing
10. Proactive with a pragmatic approach to testing
11. Able to engage equally with business and IT staff
12. Ability to work in a dynamic, high pressure environment where change is inevitable

Role – 2        Senior Test Consultants / Test Lead – SAP

1. Over 5 years of experience in SAP testing projects
2. Strong SAP functional Skills in any of two or more modules  mentioned below with testing background

SAP-FICO SD, MM, PS, PM, PP, CRM, SCM, SRM

3.      Ability to independently own one or more modules

4.      Possessing SAP functional skills is a primary requirement

5.      Responsible for Test Design (Test case/ Test Data generation), Defect tracking, Reporting and Reviews of Test Execution.

6.      Good understanding of Testing process and able to handle Test reporting

7.      Good Communication skills

8.      Ability to understand client requirements

Role – 3        Test Consultants / Module Lead – SAP

1. Over 3-7 years of experience in SAP testing projects
2. Strong SAP functional Skills in two or more modules mentioned below with testing background

SAP-FICO SD, MM, PS, PM, PP, CRM, SCM, SRM

3.      Ability to independently handle one SAP module or a track

4.      Possessing SAP functional skills is a primary requirement

5.      Responsible for Test Design (Test case/ Test Data generation), Defect tracking, Reporting and Reviews of Test Execution.

6.      Good understanding of testing process and Test reporting processes

7.      Good Communication skills

8.      Ability to understand client requirements    

Role – 4           Test Engineer – SAP

1. 3 – 4 years of experience in Testing in One or more SAP modules mentioned below

SAP-FICO SD, MM, PS, PM, PP, CRM, SCM, SRM

2.      Possess expertise in Test case preparation, Test data preparation and test execution

3.      Essential to have good understanding of testing process

4.      Responsible for Test Case writing, Identify test data and Test Case Execution.

5.      Good Communication skills

6.      Ability to understand client requirements

Role – 5        Automation Test Consultants / Module Lead – SAP

1. Over 3-7 years of experience in SAP testing projects
2. Primary skill - Possess expertise in Test automation scripting in HP-QTP.  
3. Secondary skill- Strong SAP functional Skills in one or more modules mentioned below with testing background.

SAP-FICO SD, MM, PS, PM, PP, CRM, SCM, SRM

4.      Ability to independently handle Automation of one SAP module or a track

5.      Possessing SAP functional skills is a primary requirement

6.      Responsible for Test Design (Test case/ Test Data generation), Defect tracking, Reporting and Reviews of Test Execution.

7.      Good understanding of testing process and Test reporting processes

8.      Good Communication skills

9.      Ability to understand client requirements    

Role – 6           Automation Test Engineer – SAP

1. 3-4 years of experience in Testing in One or more SAP modules mentioned below

SAP-FICO SD, MM, PS, PM, PP, CRM, SCM, SRM

2.      Possess expertise in Test case preparation, Test data preparation and test execution

3.      Primary skill - Possess expertise in Test automation scripting in HP-QTP.  

4.      Essential to have good understanding of testing process

5.      Responsible for Test Case writing, Identify test data and Test Case Execution.

6.      Good Communication skills
