Ability to communicate clearly in spoken and written English Strong communication and presentation skills. Trade and Logistics domain knowledge will be an added advantage Prior experience of working under Maintenance Contract would be an added advantage Job Description: Provide L1 support for SaudiEDI applications during Maintenance Phase as per the SLA. Work closely with Customer teams' (Tech/Infra/CSO) on a day-to-day basis. On call 24/7, Candidate will work closely with Application teams on all SaudiEDI application matters, troubleshooting/problem resolution as well as managing all Change Requests/New Requests from requirements to implementation/support. Provide training for Customer's apps team (existing and new members) on all SaudiEDI application matters . Provide onsite technical support during roll-out of new ports for SaudiEDI application as per the terms of Maintenance contract and SLA Assist with any required documentations.
