Works with others in a project team and participates heavily in construction (i.e. programming) activities. Works with others in the project team and participates in testing, documentation, and deployment activities. Works independently and leads all technical aspects of a project. Required Skills Responsibilities: Develop design specifications, using OOD techniques, for components or subsystems within modest to large Web or Client-Server Enterprise Applications. Demonstrated ability to write clean, well documented code. Demonstrated ability to engage in effective unit and system testing. Demonstrated ability to understand complex software modules such as .Net, ASP and core frameworks. • Demonstrated ability to work with Database programming including SQL Queries, read, writes and updates. Demonstrated ability to code a major subsystem such as a web client or back-end coding. Experience working with enterprise application product development such as Oracle or SAP. Designing, developing and delivering a 1.0 product in a startup environment. Demonstrated ability to follow mature software development practices. Required Experience Qualifications: Minimum 4 years experience as a developer working with C# or Java / C# and object oriented programming. Experience with OO design techniques, application architectures and design patterns. Experience with rapid/incremental development practices including unit testing. Demonstrated aptitude for programming in .Net and unit testing. (C#, VB.Net, SQL) Ability to effectively document specifications. Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving. A good understanding of high-performance and scalable Enterprise systems Track record on developing high quality product software on schedule. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to team lead and other team members. Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent on-the-job experience.
