Core Java, AJAX, Java - Swing Applet, J2EE, Java - ORM, Java - Spring Framework, SQL Development Languages, J2EE - Application Servers, Java - Messaging Implementation, Java Web Services, OOAD and UML, Data Modeling, Performance / Capacity Planning, High Availability and Failover Applications, High Throughput / Transaction Application, Package / Vendor Selection, Scoping and Estimating, TRM Business Expertise


Looking for professionals with expertise in core java including threading, collections(data structures), serialization. Exposure on any framework is a must. Exposre on databases required.

Other relevant skills: . J2EE (presentation layers) and design patterns.
