Job description:

B.E/M.E/MCA: 3 - 5 years experience
Strong C,C++,VC++,.NET programming skills
Good exposure to MFC,COM,DCOM,ATL is mandatory
Should possess basic knowledge on database programming using Oracle or MS SQL
Familiarity in OOAD concepts, Design patterns
Good Analytical skills to extrapolate information and troubleshoot problems
Good knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle
Excellent communication and analytical skills and should be a quick learner
Should be self motivated to handle the tasks assigned to him/her and the team he/she is be responsible for
Must be an innovative and integrative thinker quick to visualize solutions and generate ideas
