Learn more at teradata.com Position Title : Tech Consultant / Sr Tech Consultant / Associate Lead Tech Consultant Job Category : Permanent Location : Mumbai Basic Skills • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, analytical and problem solving skills Basic Qualifications • Bachelors Degree from a reputed Educational Institute. • Post-graduate degree is a plus. • Should have min 3 years of IT experience and 2 years of Teradata experience • Should be able to understand Data Models • Should have sufficient experience to work on UNIX & Shell Scripting • Should have good knowledge on Teradata. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in ETL Architecture • Experience in Scoping and Estimations • Experience on Unix, Fast Load, Multi Load • At least one Domain expertise • Experience in Data Modeling Key Responsibilities • This individual will be responsible for solution design, integration, data sourcing and transformation, database design and development (logical / physical) and tool implementation related to data warehousing in the retail industry (responsibility level will be commensurate with the position level and will begin in a learning mode). • Interface with Teradata engineering staff as needed to resolve complex technical issues • Specify, demonstrate and scope Teradata solutions that deliver business value to the client / prospect. • Transfer knowledge and expertise to other TERADATA professional services associates. • Provide technical expertise to data warehouse clients that will contribute to innovative business solutions.
